What we collect

When you sign up for a session or buy from this site, we collect your first and last name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number. When you pay, Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store your full card number.

We also record how you reached this site: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source), ad click ids (such as fbclid or gclid), the site that sent you, and the advertising cookies set by Meta and Google. These are kept in cookies in your browser for up to 90 days.

How we use it

• To give you your seat, send your seat details, reminders and the materials you bought.
• To send text reminders about the session if you gave your phone number. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.
• To send you emails from Dr. Eric. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To process payments and refunds through Stripe.
• To measure which ads and links bring people to this site, by sharing a sign-up or purchase event with Meta and Google. Your email and phone are hashed (scrambled) before they are sent.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the services that run this site and our programs: Stripe (payments), our customer system (HighLevel), Netlify (web hosting), Meta and Google (ad measurement), and the tools we use to send email and text messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Private sessions

If you book a private call, what you share on the call is kept private. A call is recorded only with your consent.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, reply STOP to texts, and clear cookies in your browser. To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email doctoreric@coastalfamilymedia.com.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
