1. Who we are

This site is run by Coastal Family Media, the practice of Dr. Eric Williams. By buying a seat or a session on this site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The $7 Rebuild Session seat

Your $7 buys one seat in the live, 60-minute Break the Spillover Rebuild Session, held online as a group on the date shown on the page, plus the gifts listed at the time you bought. It is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

The session is education. It is not therapy, counseling or a clinical service. Attending does not create a therapist and client relationship, and a group session does not carry the legal confidentiality protections of licensed therapy. Share only what you are comfortable with others hearing. You can follow along without speaking or turning on a camera.

3. Refunds

If the session doesn't give you words you can use, email doctoreric@coastalfamilymedia.com within 60 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. We refund the $7 to the card you used. You may keep the materials.

4. Private sessions and packages

Some offers on this site include private one-on-one calls with Dr. Eric. These are private educational sessions. They are not therapy, counseling, diagnosis or treatment, and a one-on-one session does not create a therapist and client relationship.

You book your calls through the calendar link we send you. A call is recorded only with your consent, and a recording is shared only with you.

A package or private session bought with one click on the page after your seat is charged to the card you used for the seat, at the price shown on that page, only after you tick the box agreeing to these terms.

5. Not the right room

Our sessions do not address abuse, violence, addiction, infidelity or an untreated mental health condition. If any of these is part of your situation, please reach out to a licensed therapist or counselor. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or your local emergency number.

6. Results

Every marriage and family is different. We cannot promise a specific outcome for your relationship, your family or your work.

7. Text messages

If you give your phone number, you agree to receive text messages about the session you signed up for, such as reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. When you buy your seat, your card is saved with Stripe so that an offer you accept on the next page can be charged without typing it again; it is charged only if you say yes.

9. Materials

The materials you receive are for your own personal use. Please do not share, resell or publish them.
